This book study will be offered to school based mental health professionals including counselors, social workers, and behavioral health specialists. Through weekly chapter readings and weekly group interactions, participants will read and study the book What Happen to You? We will explore how the brain reacts to stress and early trauma. This book study will explore how our experiences shape who we are and how we behave.
