Participants will expand their professional toolkit with resources, strategies, and supports for their first years of teaching. They will grow their understanding of using data to inform instruction, effective instructional planning, the Response to Intervention (RTI) process, and building strong communication with families. Throughout the course, participants will engage in collaborative discussions, explore professional readings, and demonstrate their learning through applied tasks.
