Through focused sessions, participants will explore effective methods to create a safe and positive environment that prioritizes student well-being. The course will emphasize the importance of consistent communication and engagement with community members throughout the school year to foster stronger school-community connections.
Additionally, participants will learn how to provide students with a rigorous, structured, and connected curriculum that supports academic growth. The course will cover strategies for effectively monitoring student progress and educational outcomes, ensuring that students' learning needs are consistently addressed. Educators will also gain insights into developing and utilizing a comprehensive system of school-wide support, enabling the successful implementation of targeted interventions and resources for students in need.
