DSU Youth Basketball Camps 2025
June 9 - 11, 2025 Morning Session: K - 3rd $100 Afternoon Session: 4th - 8th $120 The Dickinson State Youth Basketball camps are tailored to accommodate participants of all skill levels, emphasizing skill development and fostering a passion for the game of basketball. The curriculum includes essential foundational concepts such as passing, catching, balance, footwork, shooting, scoring and defensive techniques. Coaches and players from DSU are dedicated to investing time in each camper to enhance and refine their basketball abilities.

Dates: June 9 - 11, 2025 Morning Session: 9:00am - 12:00pm Grades: K - 3rd (Grade entering Fall 2025) Cost: $100 Check in begins: 8:30am
Campers will gain a comprehensive understanding of basketball by learning the rules, terminolgy and fudamental concepts of the game. They will focus on developing offensive skills, including shooting form, dribbling, and passing. The camp will feature a variety of drills, contests and games to enhance their learning experience. Instruction will be delivered by the current coaches and players of the Dickinson State Men's Basketball team ensuring that campers receive expert guidance and support throughout the camp.

Campers will benefit from hands-on instruction provided by the coaches and players of the Dickinson State men's Basketball team. the program is designed to enhance both offensive and defensive skills, ensuring a well-roounded development. Participants will engage in skill competitions, drills and game situations all aimed at improving their basketball IQ. This comprehensive approach will help campers not only refine their technical abilities but also deepen their understanding of the game.
MEDICAL RELEASE
I hereby authorize my child’s participation in the “Blue Hawk Basketball Camp.” I know of no mental or physical problems which may affect my child’s ability to safely participate in basketball camp. I hereby authorize the staff of the campers to act in my absence in case of illness or injury involving my child. I realize that I am responsible for any and all medical or other charges incurred in connection with my child’s participation in the campers. I hereby release and hold harmless the Blue Hawk Basketball Campers, Dickinson State University and their employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability that may arise out of my child’s participation in the camps including transportation to and from.
