Participants will dive into the ideas presented in Not Yet...And That's OK!! Through reading, they will enhance their understanding of the not-yet approach through the idea of production struggle. They will focus on how to encourage risk-taking and turn the idea of failure into a stepping stone in the process of success. They will build this idea by sharing instructional strategies designed to develop and reinforce student learning in their professional learning communities. Teachers will help students take ownership of their learning and increase engagement in the classroom.
