This 15-hour professional book study explores Dr. Jody Carrington's Kids These Days with an emphasis on the power of relationships, connection, belonging, emotional regulation, and understanding student behavior. Participants will examine how strong adult-student relationships influence learning, behavior, resilience, and school culture. Throughout the study, participants will connect the ideas from the book to their own professional practice and develop practical strategies for strengthening relationships with students, families, and colleagues. The goal is to help educators create learning environments where students feel seen, valued, connected, supported, and capable of success.
