Effective Policies for a Thriving School District

This course will offer instruction, demonstration, and practice of how to implement research-based policies and practices into a school district. Teachers and administrators will learn effective strategies of implementing practices that will improve culture, behavior, and academic health of the school district. Staff members will be an integral part of these practices through open communication and a collaborative approach to district reinvigoration. Staff members will see a new administration work through research-based practices and policies and experience the positive changes and health of the school district.
